The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
Regulations 2002 introduced a greater requirement for
organisations to demonstrate how decisions relating to
risks to health were arrived at. Although the
regulations have been in force since 1988 many companies
continue to expose their employees to high exposure
levels and their business to unacceptable risks.
